摘　　要：塞尔维亚是我国共建"一带一路"的重要合作伙伴,也是西巴尔干乃至中东欧地区推进互联互通合作的核心枢纽国家。自"一带一路"倡议实施以来,互信友好的中塞关系为两国教育交流与合作奠定了坚实基础。迄今为止,中塞双方已在合作协议、机构建设、学术会议、联合科研、师生流动、文化传播等多方面取得一系列进展与成效。当前,构建新时代中塞命运共同体已是双方共同的战略抉择,赋予了中塞教育交流与合作新的机遇。中塞双方应进一步深化教育合作机制,拓宽教育合作领域,树立南南教育合作典范,提升全球影响力。Serbia is a crucial partner in China's Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)and functions as a central hub for advancing connectivity and cooperation in the Western Balkans and Central and Eastern Europe.Since the implementation of the BRI,the mutual trust and friendly relations between China and Serbia have laid a solid foundation for educational exchange and cooperation between the two nations.To date,both sides have made considerable progress in various areas,including cooperation agreements,institutional development,academic conferences,joint research,faculty and student exchanges,and cultural dissemination.Presently,the construction of China-Serbia community with a shared future in the new era has become a strategic choice for both countries,offering new opportunities and challenges for Sino-Serbian educational exchanges and cooperation.China and Serbia are expected to further deepen their educational cooperation mechanisms,expand the fields of educational collaboration,set a model for South-South educational cooperation,and enhance their global influence.
