摘 要:针对正交碳/玻混杂复合材料开孔板的拉伸承载特性,设计了纯碳纤维(CCCC)、纯玻璃纤维(GGGG)和层间碳/玻混杂(CGGC和GCCG)的复合材料开孔板拉伸强度试验.基于Hashin准则、刚度退化准则对Vumat子程序进行改进,实现了异种纤维增强材料的渐进损伤分析.对这四种堆叠形式的开孔拉伸试件的载荷位移曲线、孔周应力、极限强度、以及损伤发展过程等进行了预报.结果表明:异种纤维增强材料渐进损伤仿真结果与试验结果较为接近,证实所改进方法的准确性.上述四种类型混杂复合材料开孔板均以垂直于拉伸载荷方向失效破坏.碳/玻混杂开孔层合板的极限载荷和刚度在纯碳纤维与纯玻璃纤维开孔板之间,内碳外玻(GCCG)的结构形式的抗拉强度略高于内玻外碳(CGGC).受拉载荷下混杂开孔板均为CFRP层先发生损伤,随后GFRP层在短时间内再发生萌生并快速扩展,该损伤过程与铺层顺序无关.According to the tensile bearing characteristics of orthogonal carbon/glass hybrid composite perforated plates,the tensile strength tests of composite perforated plates with pure carbon fiber(CCCC),pure glass fiber(GGGG)and interlayer carbon/glass hybrid(CGGC and GCCG)were designed.Based on Hashin criterion and stiffness degradation criterion,Vumat subroutine was improved,and the progressive damage analysis of heterogeneous fiber reinforced materials was realized.The load-displacement curve,stress around the hole,ultimate strength and damage development process of these four stacked open-hole tensile specimens were predicted.The results show that the simulation results of progressive damage of heterogeneous fiber reinforced materials are close to the experimental results,which proves the accuracy of the improved method.The above four types of hybrid composite perforated plates all failed in the direction perpendicular to the tensile load.The ultimate load and stiffness of carbon/glass hybrid perforated laminate are between pure carbon fiber and pure glass fiber perforated laminate,and the tensile strength of the structure of inner carbon outer glass(GCCG)is slightly higher than that of inner glass outer carbon(CGGC).In addition,under tensile load,all the hybrid perforated plates are damaged by CFRP layer first,and then the GFRP layer germinates and expands rapidly in a short time,which has nothing to do with the layering order.
