摘 要:文中采用钢渣和玄武岩两种集料类型制备两种级配类型的薄层罩面,探究不同集料种类、不同级配类型对薄层罩面水稳定性、抗滑性能.层间剪切性能和抗弯拉性能的影响规律.结果表明:钢渣的掺入提高了薄层罩面的抗水损害能力.抗滑性能和抗弯拉强度.高碱度有助于与沥青之间形成更加牢固的界面强度,使得其不易受到水分的侵蚀.SMA间断级配的混合料类型具有更优的抗水损害性能.集料类型对层间抗剪切强度的试验结果影响微弱,但受级配类型的影响十分显著.AC10材料的表面更加平滑,在粘层油的作用下能更好地与基底材料进行粘合.钢渣丰富的棱角特征有助于薄层罩面材料内部形成更多的集料接触点,从而获得更加稳定的内部结构,而SMA间断级配中粗集料相互接触,形成的骨架密实结构能比AC10的悬浮密实结构更有效地抵抗外部荷载.Steel slag and basalt are used to prepare two kinds of graded thin-layer overlay,and the effects of different aggregate types and grading types on the water stability,anti-sliding,interlaminar shear and flexural-tensile properties of thin-layer overlay were explored.The results show that the addition of steel slag improves the water damage resistance,sliding resistance and bending strength of the thin-layer cover.High alkalinity helps to form a stronger interface strength with asphalt,making it less susceptible to moisture erosion.The mixture type with SMA discontinuous gradation has better water damage resistance.The influence of aggregate type on the test results of interlaminar shear strength is weak,but it is significantly influenced by gradation type.The surface of AC10 material is smoother,and it can be better bonded with the base material under the action of adhesive layer oil.The rich angular features of steel slag contribute to the formation of more aggregate contact points in the thin-layer covering material,so as to obtain a more stable internal structure.However,the dense skeleton structure formed by the contact of coarse aggregates in SMA intermittent gradation can resist external loads more effectively than the suspended dense structure of AC10.
