摘  要:结合二硫化锡/还原氧化石墨烯复合材料和金属背板,设计了一款超材料吸波体,利用CST电磁仿真软件对超材料吸波体进行了仿真。研究发现,该吸波结构不仅具有宽频带特性,而且具有较高的吸收率。在电磁波垂直入射条件下,吸波结构在10.7 GHz至17.1 GHz频段的吸收率均达到了90%以上,结构总体厚度只有0.33λ0(λ0为最低截止频率对应的波长)。为了验证本设计的可行性,加工制作了吸波结构样品并对其进行测试,测试结果与仿真结果展现了较好的一致性。电磁场分布和能量损耗的仿真结果表明,该结构通过同心圆环和边角散射效应以及单元间耦合效应来实现对电磁波的能量损耗。表明本研究制备的超材料吸波体解决了传统超材料结构吸收带宽窄和热稳定差的问题,其在卫星广播、卫星通信和5G通信的电磁辐射抑制方面具有应用潜力。A metamaterial wave absorber was designed by combining a tin disulfide/reduced graphene oxide composite and metal backsheet.The metamaterial wave absorber was simulated using CST electromagnetic simulation software.The results show that the wave absorber structure is characterized by ultra-broadband and high absorption.At the vertical incidence of electromagnetic waves,the absorptivity of the structure is higher than 90% in the frequency range of 10.7-17.1 GHz,and the overall thickness of the structure is only 0.33λ0(λ0 is the wavelength corresponding to the lowest cutoff frequency).To verify the feasibility of the design,sample structures have been machined and fabricated and tested.The test results agree well with the simulation results.Simulation analysis of electromagnetic field distribution and energy loss shows that the structure achieves energy loss to electromagnetic waves through concentric rings and edge scattering effects as well as inter-cell coupling effects.This work solves problems of narrow absorption bandwidth and poor thermal stability of conventional metamaterial structures,and has potential applications in electromagnetic radiation suppression for satellite broadcasting,satellite communications and 5G communications.
