摘 要:采用脱硫石膏水热法自制的α高强石膏为主原料,辅以少量水泥、粉煤灰和外加剂制备石膏基灌浆料。研究了不同原料配比以及减水剂、憎水剂和发泡剂等掺量对石膏基灌浆料强度、耐水性、收缩性及微结构等的影响。结果表明,随着粉煤灰、减水剂、憎水剂和发泡剂等掺量的增加,石膏基灌浆料强度均呈先增加后减小的变化趋势,同时耐水性与抗收缩性提升。当石膏、粉煤灰、水泥、砂等原料的质量百分数分别为37%、10%、3%、50%,减水剂掺量为0.5%、憎水剂为0.4%和发泡剂为0.02%时,制备的灌浆料初始流动度为308 mm,30 min流动度为248 mm,初凝时间170 min,28 d抗压强度可达50.2 MPa,软化系数达0.66,3 h竖向膨胀率为3.36%,24 h与3 h竖向膨胀率之差几乎无变化。The gypsum-based grouting material was prepared using self-made α-type high strength gypsum as the main raw material by the desulfurization gypsum hydrothermal method,supplemented with a small amount of cement,fly ash,and additives.The effects of different raw material ratios and the dosages of water reducer,water repellent,and foaming agent on the strength,water resistance,shrinkage,and microstructure of the gypsum-based grouting material were studied.The results showed that with the increase of fly ash,water reducer,water repellent,and foaming agent dosages,the strength of the gypsum-based grouting material first increased and then decreased,while water resistance and shrinkage resistance improved.When the mass percentages of gypsum,fly ash,cement,sand,and other raw materials were 37%,10%,3% and 50%,respectively,with a water reducer dosage of 0.5%,water repellent dosage of 0.4%,and foaming agent dosage of 0.02%,the prepared grouting material had an initial flow of 308 mm,a flow of 248 mm at 30 minutes,an initial setting time of 170 minutes,a compressive strength of 50.2 MPa at 28 days,a softening coefficient of 0.66,a vertical expansion rate of 3.36% at 3 hours,and almost no change in the difference between the vertical expansion rates at 24 hours and 3 hours.
