摘  要:为研究高强混凝土的耐酸侵蚀性能,选取硫酸(H_(2)SO_(4))和盐酸(HCl)作为两种酸性介质,通过分析在不同酸性环境下高强混凝土的外观、质量和抗压强度的变化,采用SEM与XRD从微观角度探讨其侵蚀作用及物相组成。结果表明:在H_(2)SO_(4)侵蚀作用下,试件表面的白色薄膜反复形成与脱落,高强混凝土的质量呈先增加后减少再增加的变化趋势;在HCl侵蚀作用下,试件表面的细小孔洞逐渐变大,其质量呈先减少后增加的变化趋势。随着侵蚀时间的增加,在H_(2)SO_(4)和HCl两种溶液的侵蚀下,高强混凝土的抗压强度均呈逐渐减弱的变化趋势;相较于同期H_(2)SO_(4)侵蚀,HCl侵蚀下高强混凝土表面产生的裂缝和孔隙更多,表现出更强的侵蚀能力。To study the acid erosion resistance of high-strength concrete,sulfuric acid(H_(2)SO_(4))and hydrochloric acid(HCl)were selected as two acidic media.The changes in appearance,quality,and compressive strength of high-strength concrete in different acidic environments were analyzed.SEM and XRD were used to explore the erosion mechanism and phase composition from a microscopic perspective.The results showed that under the erosion of H_(2)SO_(4),a white thin film repeatedly formed and peeled off on the surface of the specimen,and the quality of high-strength concrete showed a trend of initial increase,decrease,and then increase.Under the erosion of HCl,the small pores on the surface of the specimen gradually enlarged,and its quality showed a trend of initial decrease and then increase.In addition,with the increase of erosion time,the compressive strength of high-strength concrete decreased gradually under the erosion of both H_(2)SO_(4) and HCl solutions.Compared with the simultaneous erosion of H_(2)SO_(4),more cracks and pores were generated on the surface of high-strength concrete under HCl erosion,showing a stronger erosion capability.
