摘  要:为提升沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能,通过马歇尔试验和半圆弯曲(SCB)试验,制备了不同掺量玄武岩纤维(0、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)及不同煤矸石粉替代S95矿粉比例(0、25%、50%、75%、100%)的沥青混合料试件,利用荷载峰值和断裂能评价沥青混合料试件的低温抗裂指标。结果表明:当玄武岩纤维掺量为0.3%,并配以50%煤矸石粉替代S95矿粉时,沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能达到最优。与未添加任何改性材料的基准样品相比,在测试温度为0、-10、-20、-30℃时,该配比下SCB试件的荷载峰值与断裂能提高幅度较为显著,分别为39.88%~53.44%和44.02%~49.84%。To improve the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture,through Marshall test and semicircular bending(SCB)test,asphalt mixture specimens containing different content of basalt fiber(0,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%)and different proportions of coal gangue powder replacing S95 ore powder(0,25%,50%,75%,100%)were prepared,and the low-temperature crack resistance index of asphalt mixture specimens was evaluated by load peak and fracture energy.The results show that when the content of basalt fiber is set to 0.3% and 50% coal gangue powder is used instead of S95 ore powder,the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture reaches the best.Compared with the benchmark sample without any modified material,the peak load and fracture energy of SCB test blocks increased significantly at multiple low temperatures of 0,-10,-20 and -30℃,which were 39.88%—53.44% and 44.02%—49.84%respectively.
