摘  要:添加玻璃纤维(GF)能有效提升尼龙66(PA66)的力学强度,但所得PA66/GF复合材料燃烧时易呈现“灯芯效应”,不能满足使用要求,需进行阻燃改性。将不同含量的9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)与PA66/GF复合材料进行熔融复合,探究DOPO添加量对PA66/GF复合材料的阻燃性能、结晶行为、熔体流动性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:DOPO的加入提高了PA66/GF复合材料的残炭量、极限氧指数和熔体流动速率,降低了熔融结晶温度和相对结晶度;当DOPO的添加量较低时,其在树脂基体中均匀分散,复合材料的力学性能得以保持,进一步提高DOPO的添加量,会因团聚和酸性诱导PA66分子链降解,导致复合材料的力学性能降低。因此,阻燃PA66/GF复合材料的制备需综合考虑其力学性能和阻燃性能。Adding glass fiber(GF)can effectively improve the mechanical strength of nylon 66(PA66),but the resulting PA66/GF composite material tends to exhibit a"candle effect"during combustion,which does not meet the requirements for use and needs flame retardant modification.Different contents of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO)were melt blended with PA66/GF composite materials to investigate the effect of DOPO content on the flame retardant performance,crystallization behavior,melt flow properties,and mechanical properties of PA66/GF composite materials.The results show that the addition of DOPO increases the residual char content,limiting oxygen index,and melt flow rate of PA66/GF composite materials,while reducing the melting crystallization temperature and relative crystallinity.When the DOPO content is low,it is uniformly dispersed in the resin matrix,maintaining the mechanical properties of the composite material.However,further increasing the DOPO content may lead to aggregation and acid-induced degradation of PA66 molecular chains,resulting in a decrease in the mechanical properties of the composite material.Therefore,the preparation of flame retardant PA66/GF composite materials needs to comprehensively consider both their mechanical properties and flame retardant performance.
