摘 要:文中主要介绍了国内某城市市域快线车辆轮盘制动闸片磨耗率偏高问题,通过对比分析同型号车辆在不同线路运行期间闸片磨耗差异原因,确定列车通过分相无电区期间施加纯空气制动是闸片磨耗率偏高的关键因素,对此,文中提出了信号控车策略优化方案,评估了优化方案的预期效果,并为后续新建线路分相区设置和信号控车策略设计给出参考建议。This paper mainly introduced the problem of the Commuter Express Vehicle brake pad abrasion was a little high,analyzed the abrasion differences at the same model vehicle running on different track lines,determined the reason of abrasion difference was that the air brake had applied while vehicle running through the Neutral Section,proposed an optimization scheme about ATO strategy,evaluated the expect effect of the optimization scheme,given some optimization suggestions that chose the better Neutral Section position and ATO Strategy should be considered for the new Commuter Express.
