摘 要:机械结构的加速振动试验受HALT/HASS试验箱空间和推力的限制而无法施加振动步进应力,依托实验室大型振动试验台,开展了机械结构的加速振动试验技术研究。首先,选取了适用于加速振动试验的模型,并推导出疲劳损伤的计算方法。通过选取加速因子,进而确定了加速振动试验量级。然后,通过仿真计算,对比加速振动试验方案和非加速振动试验方案某关键位置的损伤值差异。利用载荷谱等效裁剪的方法,修正了加速振动试验量级。最后开展振动试验,通过对比机械结构关键位置损伤值的方式,证明了加速振动试验方法的可行性。The accelerated vibration test of mechanical structures is limited by the space and thrust of the HALT/HASS test box,so it is unable to apply vibration step stress,the accelerated vibration test of the mechanical structures technology is carried out by means of the large vibration test bench in the laboratory.Firstly,the test model suitable for the accelerated vibration test is selected,and the calculation method of fatigue damage is derived.Through selecting the acceleration factor,the magnitude of the accelerated vibration test is determined.Then,through simulation calculation,the difference of damage value of a key position between the accelerated vibration test scheme and the non-accelerated vibration test scheme are compared.The magnitude of the accelerated vibration test is corrected by using the method of the equivalent clipping of the load spectrum.Finally,the vibration test is carried out,and the feasibility of the accelerated vibration test method is proved by comparing the damage values of key positions of mechanical structures.
