摘 要:为研究高速动车组电机吊座在不同工况下的应力响应,对京广高铁线路上运行的高速动车组电机吊座动应力进行跟踪测试,采用数理统计的方法对比分析不同测点、不同里程、不同工况、不同运行区间下的应力响应。研究结果表明:随着动车组服役里程的增加,电机吊座处的应力水平无明显的变化,其测点DJ4所在的区域应力响应强度要明显高于电机吊座其他区域;列车在启动加速和制动减速阶段应力响应变化较为显著,匀速运行阶段应力响应较为平稳,电机吊座在匀速运行工况的等效应力要高于启动加速和制动减速工况;不同运行条件下电机吊座测点在武广区间的等效应力要明显高于京郑和郑武两个区间;车轮旋修对电机吊座处等效应力的影响程度比较有限。In order to study the stress response of the motor suspension seat of the high-speed EMU under different working conditions,the dynamic stress of the motor suspension seat of the high-speed EMU running on the Beijing Guangzhou high-speed railway line was tested,and the stress response under different measuring points,different mileage,different working conditions and different operating intervals was compared and analyzed using mathematical statistics.The research results show that:with the increase of the service mileage of the EMU,the stress level at the motor suspension seat has no obvious change,and the stress response intensity of the area where the measuring point DJ4 is located is significantly higher than that of other areas of the motor suspension seat;The stress response of the train changes significantly during starting acceleration and braking deceleration,while the stress response is relatively stable during constant speed operation,and the equivalent stress of the motor suspension seat under the condition of constant speed operation is higher than that under the conditions of starting acceleration and braking deceleration;The equivalent stress of the motor suspension seat measuring point in Wuhan Guangzhou section is significantly higher than that in Beijing Zhengzhou and Zhengzhou Wuhan sections under different operating conditions;The influence of wheel lathing on the equivalent stress at the motor suspension seat is limited.
