摘  要:对东北地区冬季某型号动车组制动单元防尘罩破损相比以往同期明显偏多的现象进行了研究,对可能导致其破损的原因进行了分析,并进行了现场使用情况调查,通过低温试验验证了其破损的主要原因。提出了一种防尘罩现场更换技术方案,对其主要功能进行了试验和装车验证,充分验证了快换式防尘罩的可行性和有效性,实现了快换式防尘罩技术方案的成功应用。In this paper,the phenomenon that the dust cover of the braking unit of a certain type of EMU is obviously damaged in winter in Northeast China is studied,the possible reasons for the damage are analyzed,and the field use situation is investigated.The main reasons for the damage are verified by low temperature tests.A technical scheme for on-site replacement of dust cover is put forward,and its main functions are tested and checked on site,which fully approved the feasibility and effectiveness of quick change dust cover and realizes the successful application of the technical scheme of quick change dust cover.
