摘　　要：秉承“为我所用”原则,越来越多的中小企业选择嵌入电商平台,寻求充分调配电商平台数字赋能。文章基于“赋能—资源行动—绩效”的逻辑框架,阐释电商平台数字赋能(社群赋能和数据赋能)影响企业创业绩效的内在机制。研究结果表明:平台社群赋能和平台数据赋能能够提升企业创业绩效;平台数字赋能通过资源拼凑行为提升企业创业绩效,且资源拼凑发挥中介作用;环境不确定性不仅能够强化平台社群赋能和平台数据赋能对资源拼凑的作用,还能够增强平台社群赋能和平台数据赋能对创业绩效的作用,并强化资源拼凑的中介作用。研究结论对于推进电商平台构建及促进平台入驻企业发展,均具有重要的实践意义。Embracing the principle of"adapting for our own use",a growing number of small and medium-sized enterprises are integrating with e-commerce platforms to fully leverage the digital empowerment these platforms offer.The essay,grounded in the"Empowerment-Resource Action-Performance"logical framework,elucidates the internal mechanisms through which ecommerce platform digital empowerment(community empowerment and data empowerment)impacts corporate entrepreneurial performance.The research findings indicate that platform community empowerment and platform data empowerment can enhance corporate entrepreneurial performance.Platform digital empowerment facilitates corporate entrepreneurial performance through resource integration,with resource integration,which acts as a mediating factor.Moreover,environmental uncertainty not only intensifies the impact of platform community empowerment and platform data empowerment on resource integration but also amplifies their effect on entrepreneurial performance.This,in turn,further reinforces the mediating role of resource integration.The research findings possess substantial practical implications for the advancement of e-commerce platform development and the facilitation of growth for enterprises that integrate with these platforms.
