摘 要:ZSM-5沸石由于其独特的晶体结构,在化工领域展现出了优异的催化性能.非金属矿产资源高岭土广泛应用于造纸行业、涂料生产、油漆和塑料等行业的填料等.以天然高岭土为原料合成的分子筛具有很高的研究价值.我们以高岭土为原料,晶种辅助水热法合成了微孔结构的纳米ZSM-5沸石,并用于新疆吉木萨尔页岩油220~350℃馏分加氢催化裂化反应.高岭土基ZSM-5沸石合成最优条件为:晶化温度为195℃、晶化时间为2 h、水硅比为48.将合成的ZSM-5沸石用于新疆吉木萨尔页岩油220~350℃馏分加氢催化裂化反应时,在氢初压为4 MPa,催化剂用量(质量比)为1∶10的条件下,汽油收率达到了45.23%.ZSM-5 zeolite,with its unique crystal structure,exhibits excellent catalytic performance in the chemical industry.Kaolinite,as a non-metallic mineral resource,is widely used in papermaking,coatings,paints,and plastics.Synthesizing zeolites using natural kaolinite as raw material holds a significant research value.In this study,nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite with a microporous structure was synthesized using kaolinite as raw material by the seed-assisted hydrothermal method.The optimal synthesis conditions were determined as follows:the crystallization temperature of 195°C,the crystallization time of 2 h,and the H_(2)O/SiO_(2) mole ratio of 48.The synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite was applied to the hydrocracking of 220~350°C fractions of Jimsar shale oil in Xinjiang,which achieved a gasoline yield of 45.23%under the conditions of 4 MPa hydrogen initial pressure and the catalyst dosage of 1 g catalyst per 10 g shale oil.
