固废地质聚合物路面修补材料的制备及性能分析

摘  要:为分析固废地质聚合物路面修补材料的制备与性能,选取合适的药剂与仪器,将NaOH、KOH、Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)CO_(3)、Na_(2)SO_(4)+Na_(2)SiO_(3)、Na_(2)CO_(3)+Na_(2)SiO_(3)作为激发剂,确保材料制备效果。调整路面修补材料的配合比和聚合物掺量,采用电子扫描显微镜获取制备材料的微观性能,分析固废地质聚合物路面修补材料的微观、力学、凝结、吸水、干缩等性能,确定最佳材料配比。结果表明,在粉煤灰+6wt%聚丙烯酰胺的制备方式中C/F达到了7.98,其微观、力学、凝结、吸水、干缩等性能较佳,说明采用粉煤灰+聚丙烯酰胺的制备方式,掺量在6wt%左右,性能较佳,对于提高路面强度具有重要作用。In order to analyze the preparation and properties of solid waste geopolymer pavement repair materials,the study selects suitable reagents and instruments,and uses NaOH,KOH,Na_(2)SO_(4),Na_(2)CO_(3),Na_(2)SO_(4)+Na_(2)SiO_(3),Na_(2)CO_(3)+Na_(2)SiO_(3)as activators to ensure the preparation effect of materials.The study adjusts mixture ratio and polymer content of pavement repair materials;obtains the microscopic properties of prepared materials by scanning electron microscope;analyzes microscopic,mechanical,condensation,water absorption and dry shrinkage properties of solid waste geopolymer pavement repair materials;and determines the optimal material ratio.The results show that in the preparation method of fly ash+6wt%polyacrylamide,C/F reaches 7.98.Its microscopic,mechanical,condensation,water absorption,dry shrinkage and other properties are better,indicating that the preparation method of fly ash+polyacrylamide with a content of about 6wt%,has better performance,and plays an important role in improving pavement strength.
