摘  要:工程项目管理过程中,在项目施工现场施工推进时常遭遇空间位置关系冲突和不满足安全保护条件的制约因素,此类因素给工程项目的实施推进带来阻力和不确定性,为此需从工程处理措施和管理制度实施方面下手解决或者规范所遇到的不利因素。以项目现场施工过程所遇到的县道迁改、架空供电线路迁改、沟渠迁改和施工便道与县道交叉情况处置为实例,梳理总结形成成果。In the process of engineering project management,conflicts in spatial relationships and constraints that do not meet safety protection conditions are often encountered during the construction progress at the project site.These factors bring resistance and uncertainty to the implementation and progress of the engineering project.Therefore,it is necessary to address or standardize the adverse factors encountered from the aspects of engineering treatment measures and management system implementation.Taking the county road relocation,overhead power supply line relocation,ditch relocation,and the handling of the intersection of construction access roads and county roads encountered during the construction process on the project site as examples,this paper summarizes and forms the results.
