摘 要:新山水库存在大坝抗洪能力不足、坝体土料填筑质量差和大范围分散浸润渗漏等病险问题,严重影响到水库防洪及灌溉供水安全稳定运行。为确保水库安全良性运行,根据水库病险现状和安全评价结论,设计优选坝顶加高培厚、坝体充填灌浆和坝基肩岩体帷幕灌浆相结合的除险加固方案。论证结果表明,大坝除险加固设计方案合理,经整治后其抗洪能力得到有效提升,坝坡抗滑稳定及坝体渗流稳定均满足规范要求,病险问题得到有效解决。分析成果可为类似病险水库防渗加固提供借鉴。Xinshan Reservoir has serious problems such as insufficient flood resistance capacity of the dam,poor quality of soil filling for the dam body,and widespread dispersed infiltration and leakage,which seriously affect the safe and stable operation of flood control and irrigation water supply in the reservoir.To ensure the safe and benign operation of the reservoir,this paper designs and optimizes a risk mitigation and reinforcement plan that combines dam crest elevation and thickening,dam body filling and grouting,and dam foundation shoulder rock curtain grouting based on the current situation of reservoir hazards and safety evaluation conclusions.The results show that the dam reinforcement design scheme is reasonable,and its flood resistance ability has been effectively improved after rectification.The anti-sliding stability of the dam slope and the seepage stability of the dam body meet the requirements of the specifications,and the problem of danger has been effectively solved.The analysis results can provide reference for the anti-seepage and reinforcement of similar dangerous reservoirs.
