摘  要:为分析材料燃烧性能试验的试样安装方法的重要性,提高材料燃烧性能测试及分级评价的一致性和准确性,基于GB 8624-2012《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》中的燃烧性能分级评价方法,以SBI试验为基础,探讨了试验基材、试样拼接缝、试样固定方式、空气间隙、试样受火面等因素对材料燃烧行为的影响。试验对比表明,这些试样安装的相关因素对试验结果具有显著影响,试样安装方法不同,可导致试验结果出现较大差异。因此,进行材料燃烧性能测试及分级评价时,应结合材料的实际应用来确定试样的安装方法。In order to analyze the importance of mounting and fix-ing method of specimens for reaction to fire test,and improve the consistency and accuracy of burning behavior and classification evaluation,this article is based on the burning behavior classifica-tion evaluation method in GB 8624-2012,Classification for burning behavior of building materials and products,and carry out the SBI test,explores the influence of factors such as test sub-strate,specimen joints,specimen fixing method,air gap,and specimen fire surface on burning behavior for building materials.The experimental comparison shows that the factors related to the installation of specimens have a significant impact on the test re-sults.Different installation methods of the specimens can lead to significant differences in the test results.Therefore,when con-ducting reaction to fire test and fire performance classification evaluation,the mounting and fixing method of the specimen should be determined based on the end-use application of the ma-terial.
