摘　　要：回转支承是港口门座起重机的重要零件,以往断齿损坏后只能整体更换。给出一种回转支承外齿断裂焊接修复技术方案,详细阐述了方案设计和堆焊修复技术应用。应用效果表明,该方案可降低维修费用和修复操作的危险性。Slewing bearing is an important part of port portal crane,and it can only be replaced as a whole after the tooth breakage are damaged in the past.A kind of slewing bearing outer tooth breakage welding repair technology program is given,and the description of the program design and application of surfacing repair technology are detailed.The application effect shows that the program can reduce the maintenance cost and repair operation danger.
