摘　　要：针对散货码头进出港重载车辆清洁装置普遍存在的自动化程度低、故障率高、人力物力耗费大、水资源消耗多等问题,开发一种全自动港口重型散货车辆清洁系统,可实现车辆自动、高效清洁和水资源循环利用,减少扬尘污染。Aiming at the common problems of low automation level,high failure rate,high manpower and material resources consumption,and high water resource consumption in the cleaning equipment of heavy-duty vehicles entering and leaving the bulk cargo terminal,a fully automatic port heavy bulk cargo vehicles cleaning system is developed to achieve automatic and efficient cleaning of vehicles and water resource recycling,reducing dust pollution.
