摘　　要：设计一种适用于轨道式集装箱门式起重机装卸船用的专用台车设备,给出了其结构设计方案和施工方案。该台车具备自重小、制作成本低、维护保养简单、装卸方便、安全性高等特点;可应用于大车运行轨道平行于码头的港口机械装卸船,缩短卸船后恢复周期;可减少轨道式集装箱门式起重机整体宽度尺寸,降低运输船宽度尺寸需求。A specialized trolley equipment suitable for handling ships with rail-mounted container gantry cranes is designed,and its structural design and construction plans are provided.This car has the characteristics of small self weight,low production cost,simple maintenance,convenient handling,and high safety;It can be applied to port machinery handling ships with large vehicles running parallel to the dock,shortening the recovery period after unloading;It can reduce the overall width dimension of the rail-mounted container gantry crane and lower the width dimension requirement of the transport ship.
