摘 要:为有效衡量无人机装备在使用维护阶段的计量保障工作力度,首先从综合类、计量资源类及无人机装备计量性类三个维度出发建立了无人机装备计量保障效能评估指标体系.然后采用层次分析法求得各级指标权重,使用归一化度量法求得第三层指标的评分度量值,从而完成对计量保障效能的评估.最后通过实例数据得出与保障实际相匹配的数据结果.实例分析表明,该评估方法具有一定适用性,可以为改善无人机装备在使用维护阶段的计量保障力度提供依据.In order to effectively evaluate the metrological safeguard strength of UAV equipment in the use and maintenance stage,firstly,the evaluation index system of UAV equipment metrological safeguard efficiency is established from the three dimensions of comprehensive category,metrological resource category and UAV equipment metrology category.Then the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to obtain the weights of indicators at all levels and the normalized measurement method used to obtain the scoring measurement values of the third-level indicators,so as to complete the evaluation of the metrological safeguard efficiency.Finally,the data result matching with the safeguard practice is obtained through the example data.The example analysis shows that this evaluation method has certain applicability,and can provide a basis for improving the metrological safeguard of UAV equipment in the use and maintenance stage.
