摘 要:“双碳”背景下,多源固废与煤协同气化既是固废减量化的有效手段,也是提高煤气化炉功能性的措施。从建立气化智能平台入手,探索将石油焦、油泥、农林废弃物等含碳固废通过与煤共气化,从而实现废物利用的途径。通过建立煤、石油焦等多源气化原料性质数据库,对原料性质进行研判和数据集中管理,结合配煤专家系统为不同类型的气化炉提供二元或三元气化原料的优化配伍方案。解决了协同气化配伍方案因缺乏理论依据难确定、废物成分复杂易影响合成气产量及气化炉安全平稳运行等问题。对多源固废协同气化的可行性进行了探索,并将研究结果应用于企业实践。In the context of“dual carbon”,the synergistic gasification of multi-source solid waste and coal is not only an effective way of reducing solid waste,but also a measure to improve the functionality of coal gasifiers.This article starts with establishing a gasification intelligent platform and explores the ways to achieve waste utilization by co-gasification of carbon containing solid waste such as petroleum coke,oil sludge,agricultural and forestry wastes with coal.By establishing a database of the properties of multi-source gasification raw materials such as coal and petroleum coke,and conducting research and centralizing data management on the properties of raw materials,combined with a coal blending expert system,the optimized compatibility schemes for binary or ternary gasification raw materials for different types of gasifiers are provided.Problems such as the lack of theoretical basis to determine the synergistic gasification compatibility scheme,complex waste composition that can easily affect the production of synthetic gas,and the safe and stable operation of the gasifier are solved.The feasibility of multi-source solid waste co-gasification are explored and the research results are applied to industrial practice.
