尿素汽提塔性能提升的对策

摘  要:尿素汽提塔为尿素装置核心高压设备,汽提塔的长周期高效运行,直接影响到尿素装置的长周期、节能运行。介绍了汽提塔长周期运行中易出现的问题,汽提塔升级更换时,通过对汽提塔封头密封形式、液体进入和分布、分布管的密封形式、新型液位计应用等多项升级改进,提升汽提塔的长周期、节能运行,从而实现了尿素装置的节能降耗。Urea stripping tower is the critical high pressure equipment in urea plant.Its long term and high efficient operation will directly influence the long term operation and energy saving of the urea plant.This paper described some problems easily occurred during tripping tower operation.Several improvement measures were taken during updating and changing the stripping tower,such as gland sealing mode,liquid import and distribution,seal mode of distribution pipe,and the application of new level meter,to increase the operation term and energy saving,and therefore achieving the energy saving and consumption reduction of the urea plant.
