尿素汽提塔升气管部分更新对系统的影响及抢修措施

摘　　要：分析尿素装置汽提塔升气管部分更新后,汽提塔出现的操作参数异常和效率下降对尿素装置工况造成的重大不良影响,通过采取对尿素装置临时停车排塔与置换,并快速拆除新升气管和重新恢复旧升气管的措施,使装置重新开车后工况恢复正常。为避免同类事件再次发生,建议汽提塔升气管若需要更新则必须全部进行更新,避免因部分更新造成汽提塔及整个尿素装置工况产生异常,影响装置稳定运行及产品质量。并为同类型抢修工作提供了参考依据。After changing part of the standpipes in the stripping tower of the urea plant,the abnormal operation parameters appeared,and the efficiency of the tower reduced,which brought up significant bad impact on the work condition of the urea plant.After taking some measures,such as shutting down the plant temporarily to drain the tower,purging the tower,dismounting the new standpipes and recovering the old ones,the work conditions reset to the normal after recommissioning.To avoid the same accident happening again,it’s suggested that if you change the standpipes,you should change them all,not partially,to avoid the abnormal condition caused by changing new standpipes that would bring impact on stable operation and product quality.This will provide the reference for the same type of emergent maintenance.
