浅谈凉水塔风筒更换过程中的质量管控措施

摘　　要：介绍凉水塔风筒更换过程中遇到的风筒地脚螺栓分布尺寸与风筒底脚外圆不相符、风筒就位圆度整体呈现异形、风筒组装片连接螺栓孔出现错位等问题。通过分析风筒的工作原理,制定更换程序,提出具体更换的要求,从而提升实施效率,确保风筒更换质量和运行安全性。Problems happened during changing the airduct of cooling tower were described,such as the distribution size of the thrust bolt cannot be in compliance with the excircle of the foot,the roundness of the installed airduct cannot be the same as the whole body,the mounting plate cannot match with the bolt holes,etc.After studying the work mechanism of the airduct,the changing process was set up with detailed requirement,which will enhance the construction efficiency and ensure the construction quality and the safety of the operation.
