合成气压缩机辅助油泵联锁启动原因分析

摘　　要：针对合成气压缩机辅助油泵联锁启动的现象,从仪表显示、油泵出口安全阀、油泵本体、油系统控制阀门等方面排查原因,最终通过检查发现油系统自力式调压阀进油箱的管道法兰处存在临时滤网,滤网在长时间运行过程中因承压而发生了疲劳破损造成局部堵塞,影响了自力式调节阀的调节性能,导致泵出口总管压力低,控制油压低,辅助油泵联锁自启动。同时,为了防止机组因临时滤网未清理导致油压波动影响机组稳定运行的事件发生,制定了相关防范措施。In view of the interlocking start-up of the syn-gas compressor auxiliary oil pump,several reasons were investigated from the instrument display,the oil gauge outlet safety valve and the oil pump body.Finally,a temporary filter screen which was found at the inlet flange of the fuel tank was proved to be the problem.The filter screen was suddenly fatigued and damaged during operation,resulting in slow adjustment of the selfregulating valve,low pressure of the pump outlet main pipe and low control oil pressure,which eventually lead to the interlocking start-up of the auxiliary oil pump.
