摘  要:为了实现尿素造粒塔塔顶尾气的达标排放,阐述了尿素造粒塔粉尘回收系统的设计思路、造粒塔通风量的确定过程及改造后达到的效果。系统建成投产后,出现了造粒塔“粘塔”问题,分析了具体的原因并制定了应对措施。In order to achieve the emission standard of exhaust gas from the top of the urea granulation tower,this article elaborated on the design concept of the dust recovery system for the urea granulation tower,the process of determining the air flow rate of the granulation tower,and the effects achieved after the transformation.After the system was built up and put into operation,there was a problem of“tower sticking”in the granulation tower.The specific reasons were analyzed and specific measures were formulated.
