摘 要:福寿螺是我国主要外来入侵有害物种之一,为解决大型水体中福寿螺为害的问题,食物诱集是一种重要防治方法,但目前有关福寿螺诱饵的研究较少。因此本研究选取香蕉、红薯、玉米3种常见的食物和不同种类的诱食剂,自制不同配比的食物诱饵,筛选出诱集效果最佳的食物诱饵。结果表明:雌雄福寿螺对同种诱饵的取食偏好无显著性差异(P>0.05)。香蕉诱饵组内和玉米诱饵组内对福寿螺有显著的诱集效果(P<0.05)。小麦粉、去皮香蕉泥和蜂蜜制作成的食物诱饵(混合比例约为10∶4∶1)对福寿螺的诱集效果最好,且显著高于其他诱饵(P<0.05)。上述结论为福寿螺的捕捉和综合治理提供实践参考。Pomacea canaliculata is one of the main invasive alien species in China.In order to address the damage caused by Pomacea canaliculata in large water bodies,food trapping is an important control method.However,researches on bait for Pomacea canaliculata are still limited.Therefore,three common foods as banana,sweet potato and corn were selected to make different proportions of self-made food bait to find out the most effective food bait.The results showed that there was no significant difference in feeding preference between male and female Pomacea canaliculata when they were presented with the same bait(P>0.05).The banana bait group and corn bait group had significant trapping effects on Pomacea canaliculata(P<0.05).The food bait made of a mixing ratio of 10∶4∶1 with wheat flour,peeled banana mud and honey had the best trapping effect on Pomacea canaliculata,which was significantly higher than other baits(P<0.05).These conclusions could provide the practice experience in capturing and comprehensive management of Pomacea canaliculata.
