摘 要:纳米材料因其具有纳米尺寸效应,在钻井液中能体现出较好的封堵性,特别是能够深入地层的微裂缝和细小孔隙,填充作用明显。但目前在水基钻井液中使用纳米颗粒普遍存在着分散性低、易团聚导致封堵效果不理想的情况。为了克服这些问题,在制备纳米颗粒的基础上,配制了纳米粒子分散液,并通过性能评价,明确了其封堵效果;最后,通过改善钻井液的粒度分布,提高了纳米分散液的封堵效果。本研究对于下一步在现场应用有较好的启示,有助于纳米颗粒更好地在钻井液中发挥作用,提高钻井液的封堵性能。Because of its nanometer size effect,nano material can show better sealing property in drilling fluid,and especially it can get obvious filling effect on micro cracks and small pores which are deep in the formation.However,at present,the use of nanoparticles in water base drilling fluid generally has the problems of low dispersion and easy reunion,resulting in the non-ideal plugging effect.In order to overcome these problems,based on the preparation of nano particles,nanoparticle dispersion is prepared and the performance evaluation is done to make clear about the plugging effect;moreover,by improving the particle size distribution of drilling fluid,the plugging effect of nano dispersions is advanced.The research has good enlightenment for the next step in field application,which will help nano particles play a better role in drilling fluid,and improve the plugging performance of drilling fluid.
