基于“三牛”精神视域下高校土木工程人才培养探析

摘　　要：“三牛”精神融入高校土木工程人才培养是新形势下应对价值理念与现实表现不一致、价值取向与实践要求不契合、培养当代大学生精神文明等问题的重要举措。“三牛”精神创新性融入高校土木工程人才培养是人文精神与工程专业教育深入结合的具体表现,具有丰富的价值底蕴与内在契合度。“三牛”精神融入土木工程人才培养的具体实践路径表现为孺子牛精神———强化为民服务思维导向、拓荒牛精神———鼓励技术创新发展模式、老黄牛精神———弘扬艰苦奋斗责任意识三维向度。基于“三牛”精神视域下高校土木工程人才培养模式是创新土木工程人才培养体制、深化土木工程人才培养模式、提高土木工程人才质量的重要抓手,具有一定的现实意义与应用价值。Integrating the“Three Ox Spirit”into cultivation of civil engineering talents in colleges is an important measure to deal with the following problems,such as inconsistency between value and actual performance,disagreement between value orientation and practice requirement,difficulty in cultivating students’ideological and cultural quality.The innovative integration is a concrete mani-festation of the in-depth combination of humanistic spirit and engineering practice,which contains rich value connotation and internal fit.The specific practice of the integration is manifested in three dimensions:Serving-the-people Ox-strengthening the thinking orientation of serving people;Pio-neering Ox-encouraging technological innovation development mode;Persisting Ox-carrying for-ward the responsibility consciousness of doing hard work.Based on the perspective of“Three Ox Spirit”,the training mode of civil engineering talents in colleges is the important measure in innova-ting talents training system,deepening talents training mode and improving talents quality,which has certain realistic significance and application value.
