摘 要:目的天然气管道掺氢可实现氢气长距离、大规模、低成本运输,但也会带来一系列问题。考虑到掺氢比对压缩机性能、管道能耗和碳排放的影响,创新性地提出了掺氢天然气管道能耗和碳排放优化模型,并对站场运行模式进行全面分析。方法结合模型特点,提出改进霜冰优化算法(IRIME算法),并与其他算法进行对比得出,IRIME算法在收敛速度和收敛精度上准确性较高。结果以某输气管道为例,使用IRIME算法求解模型,结果表明,与实际运行工况相比,总能耗和总碳排放量等均降低;与不掺氢工况相比,掺氢后出口压力和出口温度均增高;压降、燃驱压缩机组效率、电驱压缩机组效率、压缩机组平均效率、天然气碳排放量、电能碳排放量、总碳排放量、耗电量、耗气量、总能耗均降低。结论与不掺氢相比,当掺氢比为5%、10%、15%和20%时,总能耗分别降低了2.00%、4.70%、7.00%和9.83%,总碳排放量分别降低了2.99%、5.36%、8.32%和10.68%,对现场运行具有一定指导意义。Objective By blending hydrogen to natural gas pipelines,long-distance,large-scale,and low-cost transportation of hydrogen can be achieved,but it also brings a series of problems.Considering the impact of the hydrogen blending ratio on compressor performance,pipeline energy consumption,and carbon emissions,this paper innovatively proposes an optimization model for energy consumption and carbon emissions of the hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline and makes a comprehensive analysis of the station operation mode.Methods Based on the characteristics of the model,the IRIME algorithm is proposed and compared with other algorithms.It was found that the IRIME algorithm has higher convergence speed and higher convergence accuracy.Results Taking a specific gas pipeline as an example,the IRIME algorithm was used to solve the model.The results showed that the total energy consumption and total carbon emissions were reduced compared with actual operating conditions.The outlet pressure and outlet temperature increased after hydrogen blending compared with the operating conditions without hydrogen blending;and pressure drop,efficiency of the fuel-driven compressor unit,efficiency of the electric-driven compressor unit,average efficiency of the compressor unit,natural gas carbon emissions,electric energy carbon emissions,total carbon emissions,power consumption,gas consumption,and total energy consumption all decreased.Conclusion Compared with no hydrogen blending,when the hydrogen blending ratio is 5%,10%,15%,and 20%,the total energy consumption is reduced by 2.00%,4.70%,7.00%,and 9.83%,and the total carbon emissions are reduced by 2.99%,5.36%,8.32%,and 10.68%,which has certain guiding significance for on-site operation.
