摘 要:目的天然气压差发电是一种低碳能源创新技术,发电过程中无污水废气排放,是清洁高效的分布式能源,但需要解决压差发电系统运行效率模糊、应用效果不佳等问题。方法提出了一种天然气压差发电运行能效计算分析模型,该模型结合了理论公式计算与仿真模型计算,考虑到实际投产中存在偏离测定流量运行的情况,建立轴功率修正公式,采用优化拟合的方式获得修正系数,最后采用三箱分析法进行能效分析。结果将该模型应用于某配气站压差发电项目,结合现场典型运行工况对模型进行了验证,分析采集的3类运行工况,得到不同工况下净发电量为1612.8~2697.5 kW·h,系统㶲效率为43.5%~50.5%。结论机组进气流量应维持在0.9~1.1倍测定进气流量范围内,在最大发电功率范围内提高进气压力或压力比,能够输出更多轴功带动发电机发电,以确保最佳的系统能效和稳定运行。该研究对于天然气压差发电机组能效分析与优化运行具有指导意义。Objective Natural gas pressure differential power generation is a low-carbon energy innovation technology,which has no sewage and waste gas emissions in the power generation process,and is a clean and efficient distributed energy.However,some problems,such as fuzzy operation efficiencies and lack of application effects,need to be solved in the current pressure differential power generation system.Methods A calculation and analysis model for energy efficiency of natural gas pressure differential power generation operation is proposed,which combines the calculation of theoretical formula and simulation model.Considering the deviation from the measured flow in actual operation,the shaft power correction formula is established,the correction coefficient is obtained by means of optimization fitting,and the energy efficiency analysis is carried out by three-box analysis method.Results The exergy was applied to a pressure differential power generation project of a gas distribution station,and combined with typical field operating conditions,the calculation and analysis model was verified.Three types of operating conditions were analyzed,and the net power generation capacity was 1612.8-2697.5 kW·h in different working conditions,while the exergy efficiency of system was 43.5%-50.5%.Conclusions The intake air flow of the unit should be maintained in the range of 0.9-1.1 times measured inlet gas flow,and the inlet gas pressure or pressure ratio should be increased in the maximum power range to output more shaft work to drive the generator to generate electricity,so as to ensure the best system efficiency and stable operation.The research has guiding significance for energy efficiency analysis and optimization of natural gas pressure differential power generation units.
