摘  要:目的研究Fe、Ce金属助剂添加量及工艺条件对复合金属氧化物脱硫反应活性的影响,以有效提高固体脱硫剂的硫容及再生反应性能。方法基于氧化吸附和还原再生反应机理,利用控制变量法考查了活性金属助剂添加量、体积空速、反应温度、原料气组成和还原气类型等工艺条件对反应性能的影响。结果在反应温度为500℃、体积空速为3000 h^(−1)的条件下,当Fe_(2)O_(3)和Ce_(2)O_(3)的添加量(w)分别为2a%和3b%时,固体脱硫剂硫容(w)可高达24.0%,还原反应时间为65 min。另外,降低体积空速、升高反应温度、降低SO_(2)含量或提高O_(2)含量可进一步提高固体脱硫剂的硫容。还原气的类型对再生反应过程也有很大的影响。结论明确了金属助剂及工艺反应条件对脱硫反应活性的影响,可为高温可再生固体脱硫剂的研发及工业应用提供理论指导。Objective In order to effectively improve the sulfur capacity and reduction reaction performance,the influence of Fe and Ce metal additives dosage and process condition on the reactivity for compound metal-oxide solid desulfurizer was studied.Methods Based on the mechanism of the oxidation adsorption and reduction regeneration reaction,the effects of the metal additives dosage,volume space velocity,reaction temperature,feed gas composition,and reducing gas type on the reaction performance were studied utilizing control variate method.Results Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 500℃and volume space velocity of 3000 h^(−1),the sulfur capacity could reach up to 24.0 wt%,and the reduction reaction time was 65 min when the dosage of Fe_(2)O_(3)and Ce_(2)O_(3)were 2a wt%and 3b wt%,respectively.In addition,the sulfur capacity of the solid desulfurizer could be further increased by modifying process conditions,such as reducing the volume space velocity,increasing the reaction temperature,reducing the SO_(2)content,or increasing the O_(2)content.The type of reducing gas also had a significant impact on the regeneration reaction process.Conclusion The influence of metal additives and process conditions on the reactivity of desulfurization reaction is clarified,which can provide theoretical guidance for developing and industrial applications of high-temperature regenerative solid desulfurizer.
