摘 要:以东方枢纽上海东站桩基围护工程为例,针对超大面积桩基围护工程的工艺特征和工程目标,通过超前施工策划、资源集中供应和精细组织管理,提出了线面结合的工艺流程排设、网格化场地布置、生产资源工厂化集中配置的超大面积桩基围护工程施工标准化管理方法。同时,对软土深厚砂层地质条件下旋挖桩和地下连续墙的施工工艺进行了专项研究和工艺改进,保障了工程质量、提高了施工效率。Taking the pile foundation retaining project of Shanghai East Railway Station of Eastern Hub as a case study and aiming at the process characteristics and engineering objectives of the super-large area pile foundation retaining project,a standardized management method for the construction of the super-large area pile foundation retaining project is proposed.It combines the process flow arrangement,grid site layout and factory centralized allocation of production resources through advanced construction planning,centralized supply of resources and fine organization and management.Meanwhile,the construction technology of rotary excavation piles and underground continuous walls under the geological conditions of deep sand layers in soft soil is specially studied and improved,which not only ensures the quality of the project,but also improves the construction efficiency.
