摘 要:深圳市龙岗区低碳城片区为溶岩、溶洞地质,某项目拟建200m超高层建筑,采用超长超大灌注桩,施工难度大。经研究论证,采用泥浆护壁、分级回填溶洞和土洞处理、分级钻进和钻孔埋管后注浆等施工关键技术,有效保证了成桩质量和施工安全。通过1 019根桩基的施工迭代和验证,质量检测结果均满足设计和相关规范要求,证明该项目采用的超长超大桩基施工各项关键技术可行有效。The low-carbon urban area in Longgang District of Shenzhen is characterized by karst cave geology.In a project,a 200-meter super-high-rise building with super-long and super-large cast-in-place piles,difficult to construct as though,is planned to be built.Key construction technologies,such as slurry wall protection,graded backfill karst cave and soil cave treatment,graded drilling and post-grouting of borehole buried pipe,were adopted after research and demonstration to effectively ensure the quality of pile formation and construction safety.The quality test results all meet the requirements of design and relevant specifications through the construction iteration and verification of 1019 piles,which proves that the key technologies of super-long and super-large pile foundation construction adopted in this project are both feasible and effective.
