摘 要:填海造陆区常存在含量高、粒径大的深厚填石层,给长大直径灌注桩施工带来技术难题。某工程填石层厚17.3m,采用桩径1.5m、最大桩长88m的灌注桩施工,经研究采用“冲击钻+旋挖钻”接力成孔技术及旋挖钻机填石层防卡钻装置。通过正交试验,确定泥浆调配关键原料配合比和CMC护壁泥浆最佳质量配合比。优选矿物掺合料、外加剂,确定了混凝土最优配合比,提高混凝土耐久性、工作性、保塑性。There are often high-content,large-particle,deep-filled stone layers in the reclamation area,which brings technical problems to the construction of long and large-diameter bored piles.The filling stone layer of a project has a thickness of 17.3m,and the pile was constructed with a pile diameter of 1.5m and a maximum pile length of 88m.The“impact drilling+rotary drilling”relay hole-forming technology and the anti-sticking device of the rotary drilling rig in the rock fill layer were adopted after research.The key raw material mix ratio of mud blending and the optimal quality mix ratio of CMC wall protection slurry were determined through an orthogonal test.By optimizing the mineral admixtures,the optimal mix ratio of concrete is determined to improve its durability,workability and plasticity.
