明代省际交界地区社会治理研究——基于王阳明巡抚南赣与王世贞巡抚郧阳的考察

摘　　要：省际交界地区的社会治理难题在历朝都存在,明代南赣地区与郧阳地区尤为如此。基于此,南赣巡抚王阳明与郧阳巡抚王世贞采取了各自的治理方略。王阳明抚赣以出奇制胜,从道德教化出发,设新县、创牌法、举乡约、淳风俗,剿抚兼施,建立起一体化的社会治理体系。王世贞抚郧以正行稳,首重文教建设,清吏治、兴水利、惠民生、整军政,文武并备以施展社会治理。王阳明巡抚南赣与王世贞巡抚郧阳展现了王朝国家对于省际交界地区社会治理的基本形态,揭示出明代省际交界地区社会治理机制,即设置巡抚作为治理机构,注重德法兼备治理理念、推行官民共治治理措施。The problem of social governance in the inter-provincial border areas has existed in all dynasties,especially in Southern Jiangxi area and Yunyang area in the Ming Dynasty.Governor of Southern Jiangxi Wang Yangming and Yunyang Governor Wang Shizhen adopted their own governance strategies.Wang Yangming set up an integrated social governance system by setting up new counties,creating brand laws,local conventions,and customs from the perspective of moral education.Governor Wang Shizhen paid special attention to cultural and educational development,cleansing out political corruption,water conservancy,welfare of the people,the whole military and political,civil and military and exert social governance.Governor Wang Yangming and Governor Wang Shizhen showed the basic form of social governance in the inter-provincial border areas of the Dynasty,revealing the social governance mechanism,setting governors as governance institutions,emphasizing the governance concept of combining morality and law,and implementing governance measures of co-governance between government and people.
