摘 要:为明确新疆向日葵主产区有害蓟马的优势种群,并筛选防治蓟马的高效杀虫剂,探究其对蓟马体内主要解毒酶活性的影响。利用形态学和分子生物学鉴定技术,明确危害新疆向日葵主产区的有害蓟马种类及优势种群;通过叶管药膜法筛选防治新疆向日葵有害蓟马优势种的药剂,测定其亚致死浓度下对优势种蓟马体内解毒酶活力的变化。危害新疆向日葵主产区的有害蓟马主要为花蓟马、西花蓟马及烟蓟马,其中,花蓟马是优势种群,在第九师和第十师分别占55.33%和64.67%。在选取的4种供试药剂中,乙基多杀菌素对花蓟马的毒力最高,LC_(50)为0.021 mg·L^(-1)。使用乙基多杀菌素的LC^(25)剂量处理花蓟马48 h后,其体内AChE活性下降,而CYP450、AChE、MFOs、CarE活性均升高。危害新疆向日葵主产区的有害蓟马主要有3种,其中花蓟马为优势种群,乙基多杀菌素对其具有较强的毒力,在亚致死浓度下能够影响花蓟马体内部分解毒酶活性。此研究结果为合理使用杀虫剂防治向日葵有害蓟马提供理论基础。In order to identify the dominant population of harmful thrips in the main producing areas of sunflowers in Xinjiang,and screen an effective insecticide for controlling harmful thrips,as well as investigate the effects of the insecticide on the activities of main detoxification enzymes in the thrips.The species and dominant populations of harmful thrips were identified by using morphological and molecular biological identification techniques in the main sunflower-producing areas of Xinjiang.The insecticides for controlling the dominant thrips species were screened by using the leaf tube method,and the changes of the main detoxification enzyme activity in the dominant species of harmful thrips under sublethal concentration were determined by microplate reader.The results showed that the primary harmful thrips were Frankliniella intonsa,F.occidentalis and Thrips tabaci.Among which,the F.intonsa was the dominant population,accounting for 55.33%and 64.67%in the ninth and tenth divisions of Xinjiang,respectively.Among the four selected insecticides,spinetoram was exhibited the highest toxicity to the F.intonsa with LC_(50)of 0.021 mg·^(L-1).After treatment with LC_(25)dose of spinetoram for 48 h,the activity of AChE was decreased,while the activities of CYP450,AChE,MFOs and CarE were increased.There are three main species of harmful thrips endangering the main producing areas of sunflower in Xinjiang,in which the F.intonsa is the dominant population.The spinetoram has strong toxicity to F.intonsa and can affect the activity of the main detoxifying enzymes at sublethal concentration.Our study provides a theoretical basis for the rational use of insecticides to control the harmful thrips in sunflower.
