摘　　要：文章中,建立了液相色谱法同柱分析敌稗、噁唑酰草胺的含量的分析方法,使用甲醇和水为流动相,以Acclaim^(TM)120A C_(18)不锈钢柱和带紫外检测器的液相色谱仪,检测波长为237 nm。结果表明,在该方法中,敌稗、噁唑酰草胺的标准曲线线性相关系数为0.9999和1.0000,标准偏差(SD)为0.0945和0.0190,变异系数(RSD)为0.29%和0.30%,加标回收率均值为99.66%和99.84%。This paper establishes an analytical method for determining the content of Propanil and Metamifop by liquid chromatography.The method employs methanol and water as mobile phases,with an Acclaim^(TM) 120A C_(18) stainless steel column and a liquid chromatograph equipped with an ultraviolet detector at a wavelength of 237 nm.The results showed that the linear regression coefficients of the standard curves of Propanil and Metamifop were 0.9999 and 1.0000,respectively.The standard deviations were 0.0945 and 0.0190,the coefficients of variation were 0.29% and 0.30%,and the average recoveries were 99.66% and 99.84%.
