摘  要:建立QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定5种蔬菜中灭蝇胺含量的分析方法。样品以乙腈为提取溶剂,加入无水硫酸镁、氯化钠、乙二胺-N-丙基硅烷PSA。采用电喷雾正离子扫描模式,多反应监测。灭蝇胺在0.0005~0.50μg/mL之间线性关系良好,相关系数R2>0.999,平均回收率为84.5%~96.8%,重复性RSD为1.31%~9.10%。灭蝇胺的方法定量限为0.0005μg/g。该方法定性定量快速、稳定性高、再现性好,完全满足灭蝇胺的检测分析。An analytical method was established for the determination of cyromazine in five types of fresh vegetables using QuEChERS ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.The sample was extracted using acetonitrile as the solvent,followed by dehydration and purification using anhydrous magnesium sulfate,sodium chloride and PSA.Electrospray positive ion scanning mode wasemployed for multi reaction monitoring.A good linear relationship for cyromazine was observed within the range of 0.0005~0.50μg/mL,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.999.The recovery rate ranged from 84.5%~96.8%,with a repeatability RSD of 1.31%~9.10%.The quantitative limit for cyromazine was 0.0005μg/g.This method provides rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis,with high stabilityand good reproducibility,meeting the requirements for cyromazine residue detection and analysis.
