小麦茎基腐病防治药剂与施药方法筛选研究

摘  要:试验表明,防治小麦茎基腐病,27%苯醚·咯·噻虫种衣悬浮剂(一拌两喷)在返青期、灌浆期、白穗率的防效分别为65.28%、77.30%、80.76%,在6种不同施药方案中均表现最好;27%苯醚·咯·噻虫种衣悬浮剂(一拌一喷)、32%戊唑·吡虫啉种衣悬浮剂(一拌两喷)白穗率防效分别为71.60%、69.97%;4.23%甲霜·种菌唑微乳剂(一拌一喷)、(一拌两喷)返青期防效分别为62.30%、62.84%。不同方案对小麦次生根生长均具有一定的促进作用,且均有一定增产。综合表明,27%苯醚·咯·噻虫种衣悬浮剂(一拌两喷)是6种不同方案中最优施药方法。To control wheat stem basal rot,we evaluated six different application schemes.The results showed that the relative control effect of 27%difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam flowable concentrates for seed treatment(FS)(one mix and two sprays)was the highest,achieving relative control effects of 65.28%,77.30%and 80.76%during regeneration stage,grain filling stage,and wheat white head,respectively.The relative control efficiency for the same FS formulation(one mix and one spray)and for the 32%tebuconazole·imidacloprid(one mix and two spray)on wheat white head stage were 71.60%and 69.97%,respectively.The relative control effect of 4.23%metalaxyl·ipconazole treated with one mixing and one spraying,and one mixing and two spraying were 62.30%and 62.84%during the regeneration stage,respectively.The different schemes can promote the growth of secondary roots and increase production.Overall,the comprehensive results showed that 27%difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FS(one mix and two sprays)was the optimal application method among the six schemes evaluated.
