摘  要:为推动福建高校法治建设,福建省于2022年启动了为期3年的全省高等学校法治工作测评。基于ASD理论视角,从福建高校法治测评工作行动者主体、制度和环境因素着手分析,发现高校法治工作存在整改监督机制不健全、社会行动者参与法治整改工作权限不足、部分高校对测评工作重视程度不高等问题,建议采取协调多方行动者主体参与、扩充高校法治配套制度、涵养法治文化环境等措施,全力提升福建高校法治工作水平。In order to promote the construction of the rule of law level in Fujian′s universities,Fujian Province launched a three-year evaluation of the rule of law work in higher education institutions throughout the province in 2022.Based on the perspective of ASD theory,this paper analyzes the problems in the evaluation of the rule of law in Fujian universities in terms of actors,systems,and environment.Measures are taken to coordinate the participation of multiple actors in the rule of law work in universities,provide and expand supporting systems for the rule of law in universities to ensure the rule of law work in universities,enrich the legal talent team in universities,and promote the construction of a legal culture environment to enhance the level of rule of law work in Fujian universities.Only by forming a coordinated relationship among various entities,consistent internal and external actions,and coordinated development from top to bottom,can we better promote the rule of law work in universities,serve the modernization of the internal governance system and governance capacity of universities.
