文旅融合发展促进共同富裕的路径研究——以北部湾城市群为例

摘　　要：在共同富裕的重大政策指引下,国家对文旅产业的发展提出了更高要求,如何推动文旅产业融合高质量发展以体现其在共同富裕的重要价值是一项新的时代课题。北部湾地区城市群的文化底蕴深厚,旅游资源禀赋丰富,推进湾区文旅产业融合将对共同富裕具有重要的作用,同时也是城市文旅产业实现高质量发展的重大机遇。文章立足共同富裕的政策导向,选取了北部湾地区数个城市的文旅发展概况作为参考,在综合分析的基础上提出针对性的融合发展思路与建议,为推动湾区城市群文旅产业向高端化、现代化提质升级,实现高质量可持续发展,提升文旅产业融合发展的综合效应,发挥文旅产业在湾区建设的功能作用提供有益借鉴。Under the guidance of the major policy of common prosperity,higher requirements have been made for the development of the culture and tourism industries.In this new era,it is pressing to figure out how to promote the high-quality development of culture-tourism integration in a way that reflects its important value in common prosperity.Beibu Gulf Urban Cluster is blessed with rich cultural heritage and tourism resources.Promoting the integration of the culture and tourism industries in the bay will play an important role in promoting common prosperity.Meanwhile,it will provide a major opportunity for the high-quality development of urban culture and tourism industries.In light of the policy orientation of common prosperity,this paper selects the culture-tourism development profiles of several cities in the Beibu Gulf region as a reference and puts forward targeted integrated development ideas and suggestions based on comprehensive analysis.The objective is to set an example for others to modernize and upgrade the culture-tourism industry in a manner that is both high-quality and sustainable,thereby enhancing the comprehensive impact of integrated culture-tourism development and fully leveraging the potential of the culture-tourism industry in the construction of the Gulf region.
