摘 要:目的:探讨信息识别技术联合Mako机器人辅助关节置换手术中的应用。方法:选取秦皇岛市第一医院在2023年11月—2024年3月收治的40例拟行髋膝关节置换手术的住院患者,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组20例。对照组采用传统关节置换术,研究组采用信息识别技术联合Mako机器人辅助关节置换术。比较两组患者术前准备过程用时、围手术期相关指标、术后疼痛程度和患者满意度。结果:研究组术前核对时间、总准备时间、首次下床时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与术后6 h比较,术后12 h、24 h两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分逐渐降低,术后6 h、12 h,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组术后24 h VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访1个月,研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:信息识别技术联合Mako机器人辅助关节置换手术,可在一定程度上缩短术前准备时间、患者首次下床时间及术后住院时间,改善术后疼痛程度,患者满意度更高。Objective:To explore the application effect of information recognition technology in Mako robot-assisted joint replacement surgery.Methods:40 patients who underwent hip and knee arthroplasty in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City from November 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received traditional joint replacement,and the study group received information recognition technology combined with Mako robot-assisted joint replacement.The preoperative preparation time,perioperative indicators,postoperative pain and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results:The preoperative checking time,total preparation time,first off-bed time,and postoperative hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).The visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the two groups gradually decreased 12 h and 24 h after surgery compared with those 6 h postoperatively,and the VAS scores of the study group at 6 h and 12 h after surgery were all lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the VAS scores 24 h after surgery(P>0.05).After 1-month follow-up,the total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of information recognition technology in Mako robot-assisted joint replacement surgery can shorten the preoperative preparation time,the first time out of bed and postoperative length of hospital stay to a certain extent,it can also relieve the postoperative pain and improve patient satisfaction.
