摘　　要：人工智能与医疗影像技术的跨界融合应用,产生了海量的医疗影像数据,数据资源作为一项基础性战略资源具有重要的科研价值与经济价值。加强对人工智能医疗影像数据生成路径与特质分析,深入探讨人工智能医疗影像数据开放利用的时代诉求与现实困境,科学构建人工智能医疗影像数据安全保护的中国模式,有利于不断促进人工智能医疗影像技术与产业的发展,深入贯彻国家大数据战略与健康医疗大数据应用发展战略。The cross-disciplinary integration of artificial intelligence and medical imaging technology has generated massive datasets.As a foundational strategic resource,medical imaging data possesses significant scientific research value and economic potential.In order to continuously promote the development of AI medical imaging technology and industry,and thoroughly implement the national big data strategy and the health and medical big data application development strategy,it is necessary to enhance the analysis of the generative path and characteristics of AI medical imaging data,deeply explore the era claim and practical challenges of its open utilization,and scientifically construct a Chinese model for the security protection of AI medical imaging data.
