摘 要:为了满足生产制造业对称重系统的高精度、快速性和稳定性的需求,提出了一种基于AD7190的高精度称重系统设计方案。利用AD7190的超低噪声测量特性,采集重量传感器的应变信号,通过SPI通信传输至STM32控制器,采用移动平均法进行滤波预处理,实现高精度稳定测量。实验以70g/m^(2)的A4纸张为测试载体,结果显示系统精度达到0.84克,误差约为0.19张纸。同时,研究分析了AD7190在不同输出速率下对系统噪声的影响,为称重系统优化提供了依据,具有广泛的普适性和应用前景。To meet the demands of high accuracy,speed and stability in the manufacturing industry's symmetrical weighing systems,a high-precision weighing system design based on the AD7190 is proposed.Leveraging the AD7190's ultra-low noise measurement characteristics,the strain signals from the weight sensor are collected and transmitted to the STM32 controller via SPI communication.Moving average filtering prepossessing is employed to achieve high-precision stable measurements.The experiment uses A4 paper with a weight of 70g/m^(2) as the test medium,with results showing a system accuracy of 0.84 grams,with an error of approximately 0.19 sheets of paper.Additionally,the study analyzes the influence of the AD7190 at different output rates on system noise,providing a basis for optimizing weighing systems,with broad applicability and promising prospects.
