摘　　要：以广州市历史文化名城管理系统为例,本文详细介绍了系统的总体框架、功能模块以及主要应用等;系统构建全空间、全要素、多尺度、高精度的城市实景三维数据底板,实现了名城保护从宏观到中观,再到微观的精细化管理,可满足名城保护多层级可视化管理的需求。Taking the historical and cultural city management system of Guangzhou based on the real 3D as an example,this paper introduces the overall framework,functional modules and main applications of the system in detail.The system has built a full-space,all-element,multi-scale and high-precision three-dimensional data base plate of the city′s real scene,which has realized the fine management of the protection of famous cities from the macro to the meso,and then to the micro,meeting the needs of multi-level visual managements.
