摘　　要：基于全国57个城市的大规模问卷调查数据,探讨了中国不同区域居民社会满意度的差异性及突出的主要问题,旨在揭示居民满意度在生态宜居、城市特色、安全韧性、多元包容、健康舒适、交通便捷、创新活力、整洁有序等不同维度上的区域差异性和突出问题。结果表明:(1)东北、华北和西北地区的社会满意度显著低于全国平均水平,尤其在“年轻人吸引力”“小汽车停车方便性”“物业管理”等指标上差距明显;(2)北方地区在吸引人才、交通管理和社区服务等方面存在不足;(3)西南和华中地区在生态宜居和社会安全等方面表现较好,显示出这些地区在提升居民生活质量和城市宜居性方面表现优异;(4)区域社会满意度的差异不仅与经济发展水平有关,还与城市治理模式、公共服务供给和基础设施的完善程度密切相关。采用多维度社会满意度评价体系,为理解中国不同区域社会满意度差异及突出问题提供实证依据,能够为区域性城市治理和政策优化提供重要参考。Based on the large-scale questionnaire survey data of 57 cities in China,this study explores the differences and main problems of residents'social satisfaction in different regions of China.The purpose of this study is to reveal the regional differences and outstanding problems of residents'satisfaction in diferent dimensions,such as ecological livability,urban characteristics,safety and resilience,diversity and inclusiveness,health and comfort,convenient transportation,innovation vitality,and cleanliness and orderliness.The results show that:(1)the social satisfaction in Northeast China,North China and Northwest China is significantly lower than the national average,especially in the indicators of"youth atractiveness","car parking"and"community property management',and(2)there is the lack of talent attraction,traffic management and community services in the northerm region.(3)Southwest China and Central China perform well in terms of"ecological livability"and"social security",indicating that these regions perform well in improving the quality of life of residents and urban livability.(4)The difference in regional social satisfaction is not only related to the level of economic development,but also closely related to the urban governance model,public service supply and infrastructure improvement.This study adopts a multi-dimensional social satisfaction evaluation system,which provides an empirical basis for understanding the differences and prominent problems of social satisfaction in different regions of China,and can provide an important reference for regional urban governance and policy optimization.
