地域文化传承视角下城市特色风貌营建策略探究——以宁夏平罗县为例

摘　　要：城市风貌是地域文化传承的重要载体,塑造具有地方特色的城市风貌是提升城市竞争力、实现高质量发展的关键举措。基于当前城市建设中文化传承不佳、特色风貌不显的问题,提出在城市特色风貌营建中识别、传承、表达地域文化的技术思路,并以平罗县为例开展具体应用。在提炼平罗物质和非物质文化特征并转译为空间特征的基础上,对其进行特色风貌定位和城市格局重塑,进而针对风貌分区、重要街巷、文化地标3个维度的城市空间提出具体的特色风貌营建策略,以期重现平罗“大漠水乡,边塞古城”的城市形象,为其他地区的城市特色彰显和文化有序传承提供参考。Cityscape serves as a vital carrier of regional cultural inheritance,and crafting characteristic cityscape is a pivotal strategy to bolster urban competitiveness and foster high-quality development.Addressing the issues of inadequate cultural inheritance and the absence of characteristic cityscape in contemporary urban development,this paper advances technical concepts for identifying,preserving,and expresing local culture within the framework of characteristic cityscape creation.It exemplifies these ideas through a case study of Pingluo county,undertaking specific applications.Drawing upon the material and intangible cultural attributes of Pingluo and translating them into spatial characteristics,the paper undertakes the task of positioning unique features and reconstructing the cityscape.Furthermore,it outlines tailored strategies for urban space development,focusing on three dimensions:feature zoning,key streets,and cultural landmarks.These measures aim to revive Pingluo's urban identity as a"desert water town and ancient border fortress city,"offering valuable insights and a practical reference for other regions seeking to accentuate their urban characteristics and facilitate orderly cultural inheritance.
